Refund Policy

Refunds and Disputes:

If the applicant has paid the money through an online card service, the client hereby agrees that he/she will not withdraw, or is not entitled to charge back the amount, without the knowledge of the Company, in case of payment made by any mode.
Client also understands and accepts that no refund or adjustment of the company fee will be done in the event he or she abandons the original service/process he or she has acknowledged for and decides to switch over to another service/process with the company or opts for immigration to a different country

The customer confirms that before making any purchase that he/she read and understands all our terms and conditions.
The client may cancel/withhold the application at various stages of the process without claiming any refund from the company even if it is the very next day after signing the contract. The COMPANY will not refund the amount once the agreement is signed as all the information and process details was explained in good faith and have given accurate details as per the existing rules and regulations of the respective country to file their application.
Clients also agrees that they would be responsible on misrepresentation or fraud information on the application package

  • The CLIENT having a criminal record;
  • The CLIENT not being proficient in the English language;
  • The CLIENT unable to provide relevant documents as per requirement (depending on the countries and the program you applied for)
  • Or any changes in criteria or whatsoever changes in corporate by the respective
  • The customer confirms that before making any purchase that he/she read and understands all our terms and conditions.

5.1 Refund Policy:

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be provided in accordance with our refund policy.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
  • Refunds may be subject to processing fees or deductions as specified in our refund policy.

5.2 Dispute Resolution:
 Any disputes regarding payments or charges must be reported to us within a reasonable timeframe for resolution. Failure to notify us of disputes may affect the customer’s ability to obtain a refund or resolution.
